This program is very helpful if you want to keep check on your calorie intake for the day. I find that if you can see what you are eating you will be more careful about the "little snacks" you take during the day.Phil.

Food File Great for some maybe for me. I found 'Food File' to be extremely detailed in regards to the food value and chemical analysis of foods. As a type I diabetic I will use it when no other easily identifiable souce of food value is listed. As always the extensive list of edibles is not all encompasing. I have yet to find a list that is. It did not place a shortcut on my XP home edition desktop confuser. I found the .exe file and created a shortcut myself. Microsoft maybe has the problem. I regret to inform you that every time I try to open Food File, I am notified by Microsoft that the Food File program has enncountered a problem and must close down. I have informed Kelpie, but have not received a reply.

Unable to test Product would be interesting as I have a lot of word-lists, history themes and foreign language vocabulary to study.Could not evaluate your unregistered version as all the menu options are grey except Go to Website. Thus could not create a file / import data. Was not able to use any of the subjects in the sample files (also downloaded Medieval Terms, just in case those ones were not the right format) and kept getting a message "not a picture format supported by A.F."
